When you smell this wine, you think of a cozy fire with a bit of smoke and wood. In your mouth, you taste roasted and dry flavors. This wine pairs excellently with cold appetizers, shellfish, grilled fish, and white meat. It is best enjoyed when you drink it at 10°C. The grapes are lovingly hand-picked and come from Alsace.
