**– the all-round talent with character –** Pinot Blanc has been known since the 14th century. There has been a steady upward trend in this country for this elegant grape variety for years. White Burgundy is the aristocrat among the Burgundians: a fresh, fruity wine with a fine Burgundy aroma and stimulating acidity. The Pinot Blanc presents itself in the glass as pale to light yellow, with a delicate and subdued scent. Characteristic is the slightly nutty aroma. When dry, it pairs well with many dishes with a medium to strong body and a fine acidity. Handpicked, only the best grapes are used. After 6 hours of maceration, the grapes are gently pressed to avoid any bitter substances. It was then naturally fermented in oak barrels using natural yeasts. A maturation period of five months in barrels on the fine lees gives it a fine melt and complexity. **Taste**: a powerful aroma, reminiscent of ripe pear and quince.
