NO 4: Gourmandais - Demi-Sec Grand Cru is an elegant blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, originating from the prestigious terroir of Mailly-Champagne, with a bottle aging of at least 2 years. Visually, this wine stands out for its fairly intense golden color, characterized by lively and persistent effervescence, which attests to the quality and care in its production. The nose presents an expressive bouquet with distinctive notes of frangipane and hazelnut, enriched by a hint of spices and white pepper, offering a captivating and inviting aromatic experience. On the palate, the wine opens generously and warmly, with an appealing sweetness.
