**Pink sparkling wine with a lot of body** Our new Rosé vintage sparkling wine is modeled after the French style and is made from the two classic grape varieties of Champagne: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Black Riesling (Pinot Meunier). The Pinot Noir gives the cuvée fullness and the Pinot Meunier provides fruitiness. The sparkling wine was fermented for two months in small oak barrels and then aged for 28 months on the lees in the bottle. A top-class sparkling wine with a very fine perlage. **Food recommendation**: Best served on its own or with seafood or oysters.
