Potzinger Old Styrian Field Blend Old Vines

Description

Fruity, dry, and intense.

Freshness, herbs, and pepper in a crisp wine!

Made from vines that are more than 50 years old, this mixed set is a fine example of a single-site wine. The old vines of the venerable Sulztal vineyard bring freshness, herbs, and pepper to the crisp wine! One of the most typical wines from South Styria, consisting of a total of seven old varieties: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Silvaner, Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller, Traminer, and Riesling. The vines are interplanted in the vineyard and harvested together. A mix of different fruit and aroma nuances, as well as different ripeness levels. Pure excitement. As a food pairing, the Altsteirischer Mischsatz is a great all-rounder. Perfect with fresh fish and seafood, but also with typical Austrian dishes such as Wiener schnitzel and roasted chicken.
